Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed
WHAT: AWANA is a kids club that meets Wednesday nights. We desire to disciple children and youth to know, love and serve Christ through small and large group Bible study times, games, and scripture memory. Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed (AWANA) comes from the Bible verse 2 Timothy 2:15:
“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” - 2 Timothy 2:15
WHO: Age 3 - 12th grade.
WHEN: 7th grade - 12th grade: 5:00-6:00 pm
Age 3 through 6th Grade: 6:30-8:10 pm
Together let’s “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” – II Peter 3:18.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” - Ephesians 2:10
